Elle a plus de 25 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience dans la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne sur les denr\u00e9es alimentaires et les aliments pour animaux, principalement en tant que directrice des affaires scientifiques et r\u00e9glementaires dans l&#8217;industrie agroalimentaire, mais aussi dans l&#8217;industrie des produits phytosanitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Nathalie joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le soutien de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe Food Law &amp; Science, en ce qui concerne les questions de conformit\u00e9 scientifique et r\u00e9glementaire, la d\u00e9termination du statut r\u00e9glementaire des ingr\u00e9dients et les solutions pratiques dans des domaines tels que l&#8217;innovation et le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est, \u00e9galement, en charge de la r\u00e9daction et de la soumission des dossiers d&#8217;autorisation, par exemple pour les nouveaux aliments, les enzymes alimentaires, les additifs alimentaires ou les aliments destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales sp\u00e9ciales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, elle donne des conseils sur l&#8217;analyse des aliments et sur les \u00e9tudes toxicologiques \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.
