Passionate about the opportunities that food and feed innovation represents for its clients, FLS aims to help them secure everything from A to Z: selecting the best CROs, managing and supervising the scientific protocols, drafting the submission to get the relevant authorization, exploring potential other areas of innovation, assessing and mitigating risk, checking the compliance of all the labeling and marketing communication.

The team specializes also in food safety (RASFF, incident & crisis management, etc.) and food innovation (novel foods, authorisation, regulation, food tech).

Litigation and going to court represents another important pillar, when the need arises.

In short, FLS offers very specialized services. It can support anything from new authorizations to representation of clients interests in litigation and legal disputes, meeting ongoing regulatory commitments or advising on lobbying to crisis management in Europe and far beyond.
