Our team

Nathalie Henin

Nathalie Henin is a nutritionist and has a PhD in biochemistry. She has more than 25 years of experience in EU food and feed law, mainly as Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Director in the agri-food industry but also in the crop protection industry. Nathalie plays a pivotal role in supporting the Food Law & Science team and our clients with scientific and regulatory compliance matters, determination of the regulatory status of ingredients and practical solutions in areas such as innovation and development. She is also in charge of drafting and submitting authorization dossiers e.g., for novel foods, food enzymes, food additives or foods for special medical purposes.

In this context, she advises on food analysis and on toxicological studies to be performed. If required, she can organize and monitor studies with CROs.
In addition to her Ph.D., Nathalie has a Master in Business administration (MBA) from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

She is native French and speaks fluent English.
