Emmanuelle Lasserteux

Emmanuelle advises clients in the food and feed sector on the legal procedures required to market their products in the European Union.

Emmanuelle’s legal expertise covers all legal issues, from obtaining authorisations to place new foods on the market and submitting applications to national bodies, to all matters relating to the labelling and marketing of these products, for both human and animal food.

Emmanuelle also has sought-after expertise in the agricultural field, having worked for a renowned French agricultural union.

Emmanuelle studied at the Faculty of Law in Dijon and obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, in Agricultural Law and Agri-Food Industries.

She then went on to obtain an LLM in Food Law at the LUISS School of Law in Rome, Italy.

She is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and Italian.
